Side-Mounted Guide Rail and Rack
The Y-axis guide rail and rack are side-mounted and protected by sheet metal, preventing damage during loading and unloading while isolating slag and impurities. This design extends component lifespan, reduces required floor space, and improves overall site utilization.
Welded Plate Machine Base
The machine base is constructed from extra-heavy steel plates using mortise-and-tenon welding, combined with stress-relief annealing. Reinforcing ribs and internal supports ensure high structural strength and long-term stability.
Dual-Function in One Machine (Optional)
The front station enables precise cutting of profiles, while the rear station simultaneously processes plates. One machine replaces two single-function systems, reducing investment costs and saving up to 50% of workshop space. Workpiece Precision Compensation
The system enables precise tool path compensation for flange and web plates, minimizing thermal deformation.
