The FD19-VC4 Cobot is a collaborative welding solution fully compatible with the entire OTC welding technology portfolio and is the first Cobot specifically developed for welding applications.
The VC4 collaborative robot enables an easy transition to automation without extensive training requirements, thanks to the intuitive teach-in method developed by OTC DAIHEN EUROPE.
Designed to meet the growing demand for automation, the VC4 is a ready-to-weld solution that requires no additional equipment from the user.

The VC4 stands out for its ease of use and represents the beginning of OTC’s collaborative robot series. The long-arm version, VC4L, delivers welding performance comparable to industrial robots. Both models are fully compatible and can be easily integrated into existing production processes.

Compared to the VC4, the long-arm Cobot achieves a reach that is 1.4 times greater. The expanded motion range allows for diverse applications, such as multi-station setups. Despite its maximum reach, the robot remains in the same transportable class of collaborative robots.
