Plus Tube
The PLUS Tube system stands as the ultimate choice when seeking top-tier performance, structural integrity, and efficiency for both flat and tubular machining. Its versatility is accentuated by the tube module, seamlessly transitioning from flat to tubular machining using the same EVO 3 cutting head. This cutting head, if equipped, allows for bevel cutting on the tube section. The core system comprises the PLUS system, with the EVO 3 cutting head capable of handling up to 40 kW of laser power. This ensures efficiency and reliability during the most demanding processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Robust Mechanical Design
The foundation consists of an electro-welded, thermally stabilized steel frame, precision-machined to accommodate high-precision guides and linear motors. The Gantry frame features cast aluminum alloy tables to which a steel beam is anchored. This lightweight yet sturdy configuration compensates for thermal expansion without deformation, delivering outstanding dynamic performance.
Efficient Offcut Recovery
The work surface area is segmented into modular sections, each around 500 mm in length, guiding offcuts towards corresponding collection systems located beneath the frame. Each section features two suction inlets for effective debris removal.
Adaptable Work Surface
The work surface incorporates a replaceable support grille. Remarkably, the same laser machine can produce this grille using a pre-installed program in the numerical control, adding to its versatility.
Versatile Laser Sources
Fiber laser sources bring exceptional versatility, enabling the cutting of various metal types. Designed as a unified system, it can be paired with a range of optical fiber diameters. High efficiency, exceptional beam quality, and low power consumption define this source. Housed in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet, it can operate even in the harshest environments. The sources’ high reliability ensures minimal maintenance costs.
