FIBER HD combines the practicality of large format cutting systems with fiber laser technology up to 30kW. The enclosed booth around the cutting head ensures high performance with a minimized footprint, bringing the speed and efficiency of fiber laser to sectors previously dominated by plasma or CO2 cutting. It offers a versatile range of applications, including a 6-position drilling turret.
Structure and Movement
The robust steel structure along the X-axis facilitates loading and unloading with a forklift or crane. The enclosed booth follows the cutting operation on double prismatic guides, with sealed aluminum energy chains protecting cables and pipes. The system features precise ground racks and pinions, and a brushless motor for high energy efficiency and reliable performance, ensuring accurate, stable, and efficient operation.
Gantry
The electro-welded aluminum carriage is machined with high precision, offering lightness, elasticity, rigidity, and strength to support mechanical tools like a drilling machine.
Cutting Head
The EVO 3 cutting head reduces technical gas consumption and supports prolonged intensive use, lowering operating costs compared to plasma and oxyfuel.
Drill Option
The HT series 6-position revolver turret extends machining capabilities, allowing drilling, countersinking, threading, and counterboring directly on the machine.
Scrap Recovery
Scrap recovery is efficient with transverse drawers under the machine, a system appreciated in other Cutlite Penta laser systems, unprecedented in single-bench thermal cutting applications.
